As a business coach I work with individuals who are interested in making lasting and meaningful changes to the way they work and the impact that they are having.

I discovered the value of coaching during a career of over 30 years in investment banking. From strategic planning and goal setting through the day-to-day management of a complex business, I benefitted from the neutral, independent perspective and curiosity provided by coaching.

In my case it was essentially all about generating more profitable revenue by making sure that clients received a service that they valued while applying the resources to achieve this as efficiently as possible.

What inspires and motivates me?
